Our client is seeking a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Business Manager.
Our established client is the leading outsourced HR provider in the Channel Islands
As HR Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing responsive, high quality specialist employment relations advice supporting clients on all aspects of the HR function
- Ensuring that the client’s portfolio and administration of all HR related issues are prepared, produced and delivered on time
- Coaching managers in the implementation of robust processes to facilitate client responsibility for the management of people
- Developing, managing and implementing a range of HR policies, initiatives, work programmes and specific projects within agreed timescales
- Acting as case handler for any tribunal or case management hearings
- Managing junior colleagues
