Job Description
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional who enjoys working with a small number of significant clients, delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience in Trust and Company administration or a financial services environment. You will take responsibility for the administration and accounting needs of high-net-worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activity, manage risk by following company policies, handle correspondence promptly, prepare meeting documents and attendance notes, monitor aged debts, and support junior staff through mentoring and guidance. Additionally, you will undertake projects and technical transactions as required and ensure continuity of service during colleagues’ absence.
