Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their global HR team in Jersey. You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver a people-focused strategy, supporting all aspects of HR including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, talent, reward, and change management.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll coach managers, drive employee engagement, and ensure a positive workplace culture aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member level).
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services or global environment.
- Strong relationship-building and coaching skills.
