Our client is looking for an experienced Learning Manager to join their global HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Learning and Development professional to shape our learning culture, support career development, and help our people reach their full potential.
In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, design and deliver development programmes, manage budgets, and drive engagement through a mix of in-person and digital learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, ideally in a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful learning programmes.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
