In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while partnering with Finance and People teams to enhance processes and employee experience. You’ll also oversee global benefits, keeping offerings competitive and compliant. To succeed, you should have experience managing international payrolls and benefits, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, detail-driven approach.
