Job Description

Our client is seeking a HR Administrator - Domiciliary Care (JCC-Regulated Service) to provide comprehensive, confidential support across the full employee lifecycle within a regulated care environment. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate personnel and training records, and supporting compliance with Jersey employment law, JCC standards, and internal policies. The postholder will assist with HR administration, employee relations processes, absence monitoring, payroll support, and preparation of reports, while ensuring data protection, confidentiality, and audit readiness. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential, with CIPD qualifications and experience in JCC-regulated care desirable.
