Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Compliance to support the delivery of a robust compliance and financial crime framework across its Jersey business and affiliated entities.

In this senior role, you will act as Deputy MLCO, DMLRO and DCO, supporting the appointed Key Persons in meeting their regulatory obligations while overseeing compliance across a diverse portfolio of regulated entities. You will provide regulatory guidance, enhance compliance monitoring programmes and advise senior stakeholders on compliance, risk and business standards.

The successful candidate will have significant compliance experience within Jersey's financial services sector, a strong understanding of AML/CFT and Jersey regulatory requirements, and the ability to build effective relationships with regulators and senior management.
