Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Client Compliance to lead the delivery of compliance services across a portfolio of regulated and supervised client structures in Jersey.

In this senior role, you will hold Key Person appointments including CO, MLCO and MLRO, providing expert oversight across managed trust companies, regulated funds, Jersey Private Funds (JPFs), money services businesses and other regulated entities. You will advise Boards and senior stakeholders on regulatory requirements, oversee compliance programmes and provide independent challenge while ensuring financial crime risks are effectively managed.

The successful candidate will have significant compliance experience within Jersey's financial services industry, a strong understanding of AML/CFT and regulatory requirements, and the confidence to engage with regulators, Boards and senior management.
