Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations and Business Support to join their growing team. This is a strategic role focused on driving operational excellence, leading transformation initiatives, strengthening risk management and improving processes across the Channel Islands and wider Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading transformation and operational improvement projects.
- Supporting risk management and governance frameworks.
- Improving processes, reporting and data governance.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and cross-functional initiatives.
- Supporting regulatory, audit and compliance activity.
Key skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in trust, corporate or private wealth services.
- Strong operational risk and governance knowledge.
- Project management and stakeholder skills.
- Advanced Excel and analytical ability.
