Job Description

A well know local charity is seeking an HR Manager (25 – 30) hours a week. 

You will be an integral member of the management team providing support to the organisation through the delivery of a professional HR service to managers and colleagues alike.

This role will suit a team player who will support the leadership, management and development of the staff and volunteer team established You will provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues alike in respect of the full range of human resource matters including performance management and training, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, remuneration and wellbeing.

This role reports to the CEO and producing regular reviews for the board.
