Our client offers a structured and immersive training programme designed to develop the next generation of the firm's legal professionals and future partners. The two-year training contract includes rotational placements, or "seats," across different legal teams, providing hands-on experience and exposure to various areas of law. Alongside technical legal training, the programme focuses on building commercial skills such as client relationship management, business development, and networking. Candidates are expected to have a minimum 2:1 degree and must embody the firm's values of collaboration, innovation, and client focus. Trainees receive dedicated mentorship, regular feedback, and increasing responsibility to ensure they become competent and confident newly qualified solicitors. The programme is open to individuals qualifying through the LPC or SQE, provided they are "Entitled or Entitled to Work in Jersey."
