This role involves overseeing all aspects of administration and company secretarial duties for a portfolio of corporate structures, reporting to the Client Director. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact, managing client deliverables, handling client-driven transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk management procedures. The role also entails liaising with legal and professional advisers, preparing and reviewing board materials, maintaining regulatory registers, and conducting AML and investor KYC procedures. With a focus on excellent client service, the position requires mentoring junior staff, implementing best practices, and adapting to the evolving needs of the growing corporate services department. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in financial services, professional qualifications (ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent), strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tact and confidentiality.
