Our client is seeking a talented Financial Services Law Associate (1–3 years’ PQE) to join their leading Jersey team.

You’ll advise a diverse client base on corporate, commercial, banking, investment fund, and regulatory matters, working alongside partners and senior lawyers known for combining technical excellence with commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Support on a broad range of financial services work.
• Advise on regulatory and corporate law issues.
• Draft and review legal documents and reports.
• Contribute to business development and client initiatives.

Key Skills

• 1–3 years’ PQE (Jersey/UK/Commonwealth qualified).
• Strong grounding in corporate law with an interest in financial services.
• Commercial, client-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with drive, initiative, and enthusiasm.
