Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate who will be a key fee earner within the Jersey Funds team, providing technically excellent legal advice to clients, managing complex fund matters and transactions, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The role includes supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to business development, financial management and knowledge sharing, and playing an active role in the firm’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with typically five or more years’ PQE, a strong academic background, relevant law firm experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality advice while managing matters with minimal partner supervision.
