Job Description

Our client is seeking an Associate who will join the Jersey Funds team, supporting senior fee earners in delivering high-quality legal advice to fund clients, drafting transaction documents, managing matters, and providing excellent client service within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role includes contributing to business development, financial management and knowledge sharing, while developing technical expertise and relationships across the firm. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer at NQ to 2 years’ PQE, with a strong academic background, relevant law firm experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
