Job Description

Our client is seeking a Managing Associate who will be within the Jersey Funds team who provide high-level, technically complex legal advice to clients, manage significant fund matters and transactions, and play a leading role in shaping client relationships, business development and team performance. The position combines matter leadership, financial and team management, knowledge development and active market profile building, with responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with typically seven or more years’ PQE, strong experience from a leading law firm environment, deep expertise in a specialist practice area, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the commercial, leadership and business development capability to operate with minimal partner supervision.
