Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Knowledge Services Assistant to join our global Knowledge Team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in legal operations and legal technology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our global precedent and know-how databases.
- Apply firm Style to documents and support template automation.
- Help deliver legal ops projects and keep project documentation up to date.
- Manage content on our knowledge platforms and provide current awareness updates.
- Support legal and business research.
- Assist with onboarding, thought leadership content and general team administration.
- Work with internal teams and external providers to keep services running smoothly.
Key Skills
- Degree educated (ideally in Law or related field).
- Strong IT skills and an interest in AI and legal tech.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Client-focused, adaptable and a supportive team player.
