We have a unique opportunity for a HR Business Partner who is based in London. This is a part time opportunity for a candidate who is looking to work mornings only. 

 

Working for a large environmental consultancy firm who are passionate about what they do and are extremely fortunate to be able to make a difference in the lives of their colleagues, clients, the communities they engage with, and the environment.

Our client is looking for a passionate individual to effectively manage and develop client relationships within Africa region in line with financial targets. In addition, the ideal candidate would be required to identify and implement new opportunities and products within the country.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support hiring managers to fill vacant positions by utilizing fit for purpose sourcing methods

• Manage the recruitment process to ensure completion of recruitment activities within targeted timelines

• Onboard all new employees, ensuring the Company culture is entrenched.

• Provide input into the monthly reporting.

• Manage disciplinary and grievance related matters in accordance with applicable legislation.

• Assist with the Performance Management process, including performance appraisals and probation reports.

• Drive HR service delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee queries, concerns and challenges.

• Carry out general HR administration, including capturing data onto the HR management system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification in Human Resources.

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment.
