A leading professional services firm in the Channel Islands is seeking a Senior Associate - Data Steward, Analysis & Engagement to join their People Operations team. This key role involves overseeing Human Capital data governance, analysis, and reporting, ensuring effective communication and streamlined processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Human Capital data, ensuring governance, controls, and accurate reporting.
- Provide data quality assurance, maintaining systems and supporting system development.
- Create technical documentation and innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Identify and manage the Data Ownership Model for Human Capital data.
- Resolve technology issues by liaising with global teams and raising support tickets
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in data analysis, working with complex data sets.
- Strong skills in data visualisation, reporting, and presentation.
- Familiarity with Human Capital technologies and data governance.
- Experience with system integration and technical documentation.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of GDPR and relevant data regulations.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
- Understanding of data migration and process documentation.
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
